I am looking for a nanny who can take care my Babies

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am looking for a part-time nanny to help care for my 10-month-old twin boys. We are looking for someone who can work 2 to 3 days per week for approximately 5 hours per day.

The main reason we need assistance is that my wife finds it difficult to manage both babies at the same time. The nanny would primarily take care of one baby while my wife looks after the other.

The responsibilities would include:

Feeding the baby
Dressing and changing clothes/diapers
Helping the baby sleep
Playing and engaging in age-appropriate activities
Providing general care and supervision

As this is the first time we are considering nanny services, I would appreciate it if you could explain how your process works. I would like to know:
