Hello! My name is Julia, I am 35 years old and I am Japanese-Brazilian. I am married and recently moved to France to support my husband's professional journey. I am really enjoying this new chapter of my life and I am looking for a childcare opportunity that will allow me to integrate into the local community. I speak Portuguese and English fluently, and I currently have an A2 level in French. I am very motivated and actively working to improve my French. I have a background in fashion and worked as a fashion designer in Brazil for 10 years. While it was a very rewarding experience, I am currently open to new paths and especially interested in working with children, which has always been something I truly enjoy. I worked as an Au Pair in New York from 2013 to 2014, taking care of two girls aged 3 and 6. My daily responsibilities included preparing meals, getting them ready for school, school drop-offs and pick-ups, helping with homework, taking them to extracurricular activities, preparing dinner, and supporting their hygiene and daily routines. It was a year of great responsibility and personal growth, and it confirmed how much I enjoy caring for children. I also have two nephews and two nieces who are very special to me, and being part of their lives has strengthened my love for working with kids.
