Qualified State-Recognised Educator Experienced Nanny

Hi! My name is Joyce, I’m 27 years old and a state-recognised, qualified educator from Germany. I have been working as an educator in a school-based after-school programme in Berlin for the past two years, working with children aged 5–12 years. Through my professional experience, I’m used to creating a safe, supportive and fun environment for children. I have experience with everyday childcare, organising age-appropriate activities, supporting children with homework, encouraging their independence and responding to different personalities and needs. As a qualified educator, I can offer more than traditional babysitting. I bring professional pedagogical knowledge, responsibility and experience working with groups of children, while also being warm, patient and attentive to each individual child. As a person, I would describe myself as caring, open-minded, reliable and responsible. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and I believe that children should feel listened to, respected and taken seriously. At the same time, I love being playful and creative with them and creating an atmosphere where they can simply be themselves. I’m someone who likes to understand each child as an individual rather than using a “one-size-fits-all” approach. I’m patient when a child needs extra support, but I also believe in giving children space to become independent and confident. I’m available from January 2027 and am looking for a nanny/childcare position in France, preferably with regular or full-time hours. I’m especially interested in a temporary position of around 4 to 5 months, but I’m happy to discuss different arrangements depending on the family’s needs.
